There isn’t any point in time when you get to stop and say “This is it. This is who I am, and this is what I’ll do for the rest of my life.”
You and your life are a work in progress, ever changing, ever shifting. Who you are today isn’t who you’ll be tomorrow. What you love today might seem dull and unexciting in one year. You can’t expect things to stay like they are now.
Perhaps the best way to go about life is to live in the moment, to accept what comes your way and make the most of it. Don’t dismiss what is in favour of what “should be” according to your plan or expectations.
Trust yourself, your choices and decisions. Let your experiences and the flow of life to teach you more about yourself and shape your identity, instead of sticking to a fixed idea you’ve already set in stone.
